The hotel was relatively small but the bed was comfortable, though the room felt dark and cluttered at 3 am. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, especially at the shuttle services desk and reception. The location was convenient with a free shuttle running every hour to the airport. The dining options had some room for improvement with limited variety. Overall, a mixed experience with some bright spots and room for enhancement.
